Privacy Policy

Synantra LLC ("Synantra", "we", "us") provides AI consulting software and services to businesses. This policy describes how we collect, use and share information in connection with our website, synantra.ai, and our software and services (together, the "Services"). Where a client agreement with us addresses the handling of client information, that agreement controls.

• Information you provide: such as your name, email address, company, and the content, files and other information you or your organization provide or connect to the Services.
• Information from connected services: information from third-party services you choose to connect, which may include financial account information such as balances and transactions. What we receive depends on the service and the permissions you grant.
• Information collected automatically: technical information such as device and browser details, log data and usage information needed to operate and secure the Services.

• To provide, maintain, support and improve the Services.
• To communicate with you about the Services.
• To protect the security and integrity of the Services, prevent fraud and misuse, and enforce our agreements.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

If you choose to connect a financial account, the connection is made through a third-party provider, and your use of that provider is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your financial institution login credentials. We use financial account information to provide the Services to you, and we do not access it except as needed to provide or support the Services, at your request, or as required by law.

• Service providers: we share information with vendors that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, data storage, communications and third-party large language model (LLM) providers, subject to their terms.
• At your direction: with third parties you choose to connect or authorize.
• Legal and safety: where we believe disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, others or Synantra.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable time. Copies may remain in backups for a limited period until they are overwritten.

You can disconnect a connected account at any time. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting security@synantra.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity or keep certain information where the law permits or requires.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and where changes are material we will provide additional notice as required by law.
